Service process:

1. Pre sales:

Establish documentation, establish contact with customers, introduce our factory's technology and equipment related information, understand user needs, recommend corresponding equipment, implement sample and related technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.


2. On sale:

Provide user related drawings and technical information, coordinate user equipment installation and construction, and inform users of production speed and quality. Ensure synchronous coordination between user engineering progress and equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.


3. After sales:

① Send personnel to guide installation to users, responsible for debugging until delivery for use.

② Responsible for the operation and maintenance skills training of personnel related to users.

③ Long term high-quality and cost-effective provision of spare parts.

④ The equipment has a shelf life of one year. If the equipment is damaged due to its own quality within one year after acceptance, free maintenance is responsible. If the malfunction is caused by improper operation, a production fee will be charged, and a 48 hour service repair will be implemented. That is, the user's questions must be answered within the first 24 hours of receiving the user's message. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, the user will arrive at the site within the next 24 hours to solve the problem.
