RDYLPW series pressure spray dryer is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow and nozzle size of the feed pump can be adjusted to obtain the required spherical particles with a certain size ratio.
The feed liquid is input under high pressure through a diaphragm pump, spraying mist like droplets, and then flowing down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its small powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination tube located at the lower end of the cyclone separator. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, with a recovery rate of over 96-98%.

In the hot air flow, 95% -98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant, and the drying time only needs tens of seconds to tens of seconds. 1.The amount of water evaporation is related to the characteristics of the material and the evaporation temperature. In this table, the calculation is based on the inlet air temperature of 150-160 ℃.
