The cooling drum scraper is a continuous conductive cooling equipment. The material obtains a temperature difference transmitted through a water-cooled jacket on the outer wall of the drum for cooling and flaking. During the cooling process, the temperature of the cooling water is transmitted from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall, and then passes through the material film, which is highly efficient and can be operated continuously. The material completes the entire process of film spreading, scraping, and obtaining products during one rotation cycle of the drum. Therefore, in operation, the expected product and corresponding output can be obtained by adjusting parameters such as feed concentration, film thickness, cooling medium temperature, and drum speed.
The feeding method adopts bottom dipping material: Bottom dipping material is to send the slurry to the dipping tank below the cylinder, and the cylinder is immersed in the material tank. During the rotation process, it automatically adheres to the cylinder surface, and the thickness of the material is adjusted by controlling the immersion depth and cylinder speed. Therefore, the structure is simple and the power of the main engine is low.
The material is placed in the storage tank, and through the rotation of the drum, the animal material adheres to the surface of the cooling jacket drum to form a thin film. During one rotation of the drum, it cools and crystallizes into a sheet-like powder, which is then scraped off by the discharge scraper and collected by the spiral conveyor.
The equipment is suitable for processes such as film making and drying of viscous and paste like materials in industries such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical.
